The aiming and shooting as performed in this game do not reflect the way you really handle your rifle in such cases. People also don't necessarily die exactly as depicted here.

Serious damage to your health can be inflicted by those able to retaliate before finally passing out. Also, the FBI may investigate your shooting incidents, possibly resulting in lawful persecution by legal authorities. This may involve your arrest by the police."

As far as I'm concerned, they can slap warning for stuff of DVDs and Video Games all they want as long as they don't screw with the actual content.

Most trailers and commercials (including anti-piracy ads which are much more near and dear to their heart) are skippable so I can't imagine why a PSA would be any different.

How about a warning on a pack of cigarettes saying that if you watch certain lame movies (insert name of movie) featuring the cigarettes you smoke, you are wasting your time and will never get those 90:00 minutes of your life back.

We have too many warnings and disclamers already. Leave this off the DVD.
