A few years go I bought my DLP projector from a vendor I found through a site called projectorcentral.com
They have a very useful feature on their site - a tab "Get Bids". All you have to do is register your email address then describe what you are looking to purchase then various vendors will email you (through the site for privacy) with their offer to sell on that item. I was able to get my projector for about 30% less than the going price - and it was from a reputable vendor.

Now I am looking to get a FPTV and thought I'd try that out again - but they only do projectors at that site - and their sister site does not have a 'get bids' tab.

Does anyone here know of a place where I could bid my business like this?
