Venue Legend/Descriptions For 2005 Concerts

BC - Blue Cats, Knoxville's primary spot for mid-level bands to perform. As of late, one of the only places to see somewhat mainstream bands in this town.

DG&B - Downtown Grille & Brewery, very spacious and nice bar/grille in downtown Knoxville. Great beer, not so great acoustics. Still a fun place to catch a show.

CC - Knoxville Civic Coliseum, used to host good shows with regularity, now only gets the occasional good act.

PL - Pilot Light, a small little club in Knoxville's Old City, good place to see up and coming local and regional indie-type bands.

PDeli - Prince Sports Bar & Deli, crappy little bar with poor acoustics that somehow books pretty good local bands on a semi-regular basis.

TBA - Thompson-Boling Arena, UT's basketball arena, home to many an awful country and/or pop concert, occasionally books a good band (like once every two years or so).

I will update this list of venues as I see shows in new places, and also for out-of-town concerts. Maybe a little too much information to list all of this, but why not go all out right? Plus there's nothing better in life than live music, IMHO.
