Do I need a hdtv tuner?

I currently have digital cable with a box. I am about to upgrade to HDTV. Charter Cable will provide me with a hdtv receiver. Do I need a HDTV set with a HDTV tuner, or can I get by with a HDTV ready set?

Dave, you DO NOT need a TV with a built-in tuner. The HDTV box from your cable company is the tuner.
