I got this in the monthly newsletter and thought some of you might be interested:-

This first ever Aimee Mann DVD is a 2 DISC SET, including a one hour and twenty minute, nine camera live concert DVD, shot in Hi-Def and recorded in Brooklyn NY June ‘04, PLUS a 13 track LIVE CD featuring all of Aimee’s hits and live versions of 2 new songs from her upcoming studio album.

I did a quick search before posting but didn't come back with any results for some reason. I can't believe that I didn't hear about this DVD for almost a month.

Marc, do you know when her new album is due?

I havent heard of a release date on her next CD, but I believe I read on the Aimee Mann site that she's almost completed the CD.

Hopefully this wont fall into limbo like Fiona's latest has.

No reason to, Ms Mann's work is released through her own company.

Very true, I forgot about that.

Hopefully Fiona will break away from Sony and do the same thing.
