punch drunk love is dd-ex and dts encoded, and the dd-ex flag is correctly flagged on my pioneer vsx-45tx, its the first dvd that has dd-ex and is correctly flagged that ive seen.

Isn't the new T2 Extreme Edition also correctly flagged for DD EX?

Hey Troy, is there a way you could update the list to confirm DD-EX titles that are correctly flagged? So far we have (as far as I can tell):

Atlantis (Disney)
Jurassic Park III
ETA: These all trip the DD-EX signal on my HK AVR325, i.e. all 7 speakers are shown receiving a signal, not the 325 matrixing the signal on it's own.

Another question, Troy. You have some stuff like the LOTR 4-disc sets listed under both dts-ES Discrete and Matrix. Do they support both flags on one disc?

In short yes. If a disc is flagged as ES Discrete, it also supports ES Matrix (like DD supports Pro Logic) if the receiver used is only ES Matrix capable.

No listing of titles that are EX encoded like here or at dts.com

I'm surprised that these movies didn't have EX encoding because they were EX in the theaters, although for The Hulk it's still too early to tell.
