Audio track error?

Hi, I recently purchased the DVD Demolition Man. When the movie is started, the audio commentary by the directors is set to the default audio track whenever the movie is started. I have to go into the menu and switch the audio to the english track every time I play the movie.

Is this a disc error, or was this intentional?

I must be losing it...I would have sworn that Demolition Man had no commentary track. Has the world gone turvy-topsy?

Do you have the Reg.1 version?

Yeah its region 1. I bought it at a store saturday. I'll probably return it tomorrow and see if the other copies are like this. There is also a full screen mode on the other side of the disc which doesnt do this. Strange.

My copy (when I had it) didn't default to the commentary track. Strange.

I doubt that returning the disc for a replacement will solve the problem.

Hmmm. My copy of DM defaults to the 5.1 track. I guess I'm okay. I know some older Warner Bros discs did this sort of thing. My copy of The Last Boy Scout always defaults the subtitles on.

Sorry I can give much to help.
