You've Got Mail (Hanks) DVD problem (1 Viewer)

Has anyone had a problem getting this disk to play? It played once in my RCA player about a year or two ago. when my wife tried to play it last week, I got a "no disk" message. Also tried to play it in my Dell laptop with no luck.

Actually my wife and I watched this a couple of weeks ago. Worked fine in our new player (Pana 31).
