Your thoughts on the Panny dmr e80h (1 Viewer)

I just bought the panny DVD recorder with a 80 gig hard drive in it. I just wanted to say that this unit is EXCELENT!!!! However i do have one question, can you hook up a digital box as an imput to the Panny while the digital box is directly connected to my hdtv?

As long as the digital box has two outputs (one for recorder, one for TV)...I'm sure you'll be fine.
