Xbox cooling fan dying, anyone know what size it is? (1 Viewer)

About every other time I turn my Xbox on, I get the tell tale sound of a fan bearing going. After 15-20 minutes it dimishes and goes away. Anyone else have to replace their fan and know the size before I open it up twice?

I tried to look but couldn't make it out through the fins. Definitely 60mm or smaller. Can you get a ruler and measure it?

If it's just the noise that's bothering you a spray of WD-40 in the fan's internals wouldn't hurt. Though this can be just a temporary solution for a dying fan.

Hmm I've noticed my 2+ year old XBox fan is audible too. If you find out the size, let us all know. Here's hoping that the power cord is the same as it is within a PC (I don't know, I haven't opened up my XBox).
