EDIT: NEVER MIND. FOUND A SAMSUNG TS160 FOR A GOOD PRICE, SO I'M DONE. THANKS TO THOSE WHO TRIED.
I'm looking to get an inexpensive HDTV receiver for DirecTV. I'm going to D* because I've got a CRT PJ and need the VGA output (15-pin). Dish (my current/ex-provider) only has VGA on the older 6000 receiver or the new 921 HDPVR ($1000). Not gonna happen.
So, anywho, I'd love to get one for $200 or under, and $150 would be perfect. I live in Central Texas, and I was thinking of a Samsung TS160 or the Hughes HTL-HD. I'd love to get a Sony HD200 and would be willing to pay a premium for it.
Those are the three models I've been looking at on eBay, but virtually any decent receiver with a 15-pin out will do (if it's got DVI as well, that's a bonus, but my Mitsu takes DVI or component, so not a big deal).
Thanks for any help.
