I've found the Buttkicker RF Link but at 900 Mhz I'm wondering if there's anything closer to 2.4 Ghz that I can hook up to my receiver and send the signal across the room to my subwoofer? Anybody know of a newer product?

Rocketfish makes a unit that will send stereo speaker level signal at 2.4 but the problem with that technology is low frequencies are not transmitted effectively. You could send that signal to the subs speaker level inputs and configure your receiver accordingly(no sub0. Infinity currently has a wireless sub that can be researched on the web as having less low end extension than when cabled directly. Until a proven wireless technology comes along, run a cable.
