After looking on amazon for a bit I was thinking about pulling the trigger on either the panasonic bdt220 for $83 or the bdt320 for $105 unless you guys know of better players in that price range.
    Thanks:D

It depends on what features you need. I have the 220 and it's a great player. I had no idea it was down to only $83.

Looking at both, the 320 has the "slot in drive"(means no drawer), a really cool touchpad remote(cool if it can control more than just the functions of the BD player...almost useless otherwise unless you plan to use it mostly for its apps) and has a "smart ecostar sensor"(ZZzzZZzzZZzz)...
Otherwise they both support 24P on VOD(of course if the VOD itself is 24P), DLNA, controllable with Droid/Iphone...and lots of other stuff...including built in wifi.
    So basically...
    Is it worth $22...
    For no drawer?
To save enough electricity that in 30 years you might get the $22 back...???
A Touchpad remote(this feature is really the only one to base the decision on)???

The two are similar enough that the BDT220 would be good enough without the extra features of the 320, unless you can find a better deal on the 320 elsewhere.

I appreciate it gentlemen, got the 220 for $90 to the door. Now all I need is a projector when I move out of this place and actually get a living room. :D

You will love the 220. When you get it, make sure to load the latest firmware.

I picked up the 220 for $114 new and the 320 for $109.99 on one of amazons lightning deals a few days later on 9/3, it is bascially the same unit with a few more bells and whistles, the big difference is the remote which some won't like, its a touchscreen and it does take some getting used too! I like it so far. I sent the 220 back for credit.
