I'm talking about the stuff they use for the optional sides and door. Here's a pic at audioadvisor.com, in case someone's not familiar with the product. I cruised around the local Lowe's and Home Depot the other day, and neither had anything even close. Any suggestions?

see if this works... if not, go to mcmaster.com and search for "perforated metal" It's tough to see, but with alittle looking they'll probably have what you're looking for...

(that is a link to metal with small, round, circular holes in it, i think that's what you're looking for, tough to see in that image [IMG])

try a local steel supply comp. look in your yellow pages.

Also if you get the perforation big enough could you use them at speaker grills?

Call me crazy but I tend to read on occasion...

"Where would I get perforated steel for a DIY Salamander Synergy rack?"

I don't see "speaker grill" anywhere in there... [IMG]

I think he was saying if you got enough of the perforated steel he could make speaker gills that would match his equipment rack. (at least that is how I understood it [IMG])

A local steel yard would prob. be able to get what you need.
