Shortly after the release of the original DVD, wasn't there some talk about a special edition being planned for release within a year after it? Or was I just imagining this? I loved the film and have watched it a couple times on cable, but I've held off on getting the DVD in anticipation of a better 2-disc edition since the original single disc DVD seems fairly light on extras.

I hadn't heard anything about it. I would love a SE to that movie, though. It was one of my favorites from last year.
