Where can I get Ruscico's ANDREI RUBLYOV? (1 Viewer)

Is there any way to get this without paying $35 from Ruscico.com? Has this one made it to Korea yet? I know some of the Ruscico titles are being issued in Korea for about $20.
Wasn't there a place in Brooklyn that carried the Ruscico releases? I think that's where I got Solaris a couple of years ago, but the name escapes me.
