Any info on why New Line isn't currently suppoting HD/BD?

I'm a bit suprised they have yet to release a single title on HD/BD and with Pan's Labyrinth getting an SD release in a couple weeks this would've been the perfect opportunity to step into the game.

    What gives?

Excellent question Jim...NL is the only major studio that has held back. We thought they were waiting for Total HD but I'm not so sure. This is puzzling for both camps. And rather frustrating. Maybe they have plans to join in and are waiting for the right time? [IMG]

Especially as its owned by WB who has supported HDDVD.

Id love to have Dark City, Twin Peaks FWWM, Seven,Boogie Nights,Magnolia,The New World and lots of other stuff if it was available.

I want the John Waters movies on HD DVD so I can revel in their cheap, independent splendour.
