Has anyone seen or heard what the production cost/sales ratio of these premium DVDs? Could it be that the sales of these DVDs not meet the actual cost of creating them?

Just because Meet Joe Black is the "only" release, doesn't make it the "ultimate" release.

Well, it is until they release another one. "Ultimate" means "last", y'know.
