After my last few posts, & after seeing various posts concerning my favorite pasttime...I thought it would be kinda cool to see what everyone has, either as a HT setup, or just game systems. So, here is what I have...and BTW, even though I do collect them, though it isn't often, I Still play with them :)
*Atari 2600
*Atari 5200
*Atari 7800
*Atari Jaguar
*Colecovision
*Intellivision
*Odyssey 2
*Vectrex
*NES
*SNES
*Nintendo 64
*Virtual Boy
*Game Boy
*Game Boy Color
*Sega Master System
*Sega Genesis/32x/Sega CD
*Sega Saturn
*Sega Dreamcast
*Playstation
*PS2
*NEC TG-16
That doesn't include my old comps:
*Commodore 64
*Texas Instruments TI-99/4A
and even the Coleco's ADAM...
I also own 2 Pong systems as well. ( an actual Atari one, & a Coleco Telstar...)
My favorites are the Vectrex (if you have one, you know why, & if you don't,& love games, try and get one) , the Intellivision ( my first ever system ) , Sega CD... hey, most of the games I bought were Extremely cheap :)
Newer systems would be the N64 (one word - Goldeneye ) & the Dreamcast (which STILL after being discontinued still has better games than the PS2, IMHO )
All this I get to play on a Toshiba 36-inch with S-Video, a Kenwood 1090VR receiver, and Boston Speakers with a powered subwoofer. ( I remember the first time I hooked up a gaming system to my HT...hooboy!!! )
Okay, enough about me..your turn :)

Take away the virtual boy and the atari pong system. Then add a Neo Geo gold system and you've got my list. Man I have too much game stuff. :)
The TI-99er sure was a great system for its time eh.
Oh and the best game for the sega CD was "Flink", if you don't have it try to find a copy, very cool game.

I was 3 (i think) when my brother got his NES (he was 8, i think) and we had some systems before that.
Atari 2600
Colecovision
Turbo Grafx-16
NES
SNES
Sega Master System
Sega Genesis
Nintendo 64
Dreamcast
PlayStation
PlayStation 2
GameBoy
GameBoy Color
Game Gear
We had a Virtual Boy, and I might be missing a console or two. They are in no specific order.
If you know who Scooter Jolley is (he posts on here a lot and is the one featured in US News and World Report), I am his son, so you can get an idea of what I can play games on. I usually play them in my room or living, but in the basement/theater, its totally different.

Sega Genesis with 20 games, including G-Force (All your base...
laugh.gif
)
Super Nintendo about 35 games
Nintendo 64 15 games
Sega Dreamcast 18 games
That's all I have right now...
systems that I (sadly) got rid of, and I can't reemember why were...
Atari VCS (early 2600)...sold it for money for a...
Mattel Intellivision, which my step-brothers destroyed when I was in the Army.
furious.gif

Atari 7800, the best of the early systems!
Nintendo NES, after the Army, during college.
I also had a number (about 6-8) of those late 70s Mattel hand helds (with the LED screens) like Football, Basketball, Hockey, Space Battle, Road Race, etc. Have no idea what happened to them.

It's kind of upsetting that I was too young to have all the classic stuff, but here's what I've managed to save over the few years I've had money:
NES
Genesis
Sega CD
Sega 32X
SNES
Saturn
Playstation
N64
PS2
Game Boy Advance
...and a PC
all in working order.
Had a Jaguar at one point but sold it for an N64. I had to pass up a TurboGrafx 16 and some great games for it at a game shop a couple years back because I was broke
frown.gif

All total I've got probably 300+ games. My current favorite: Tribes 2.
Anybody manage to save one of the redesigned NES' ?
-I want one bad.

Well, currently I have:
1. PS2
2. PSX
3. N64
4. Dreamcast
5. SNES
6. Genesis
7. Atari 2600
8. NES

10. Game Boy Advance
I've owned, but got rid of:

My Dreamcast and PS2 are hooked up in my theater, the other systems are hooked up in other rooms.

Hmmm, let's see, started with a NES (in storage, but I still have it) and then got an Atari (I forget the model number, but it gave me hours of gaming pleasure).
Game Boy, Sega Master System, SNES, then a Genesis (called the Mega Drive here) all followed. I head the Sega CD thing too, then I had an Atari Jaguar (d'oh!) which was quickly sold to help fund a Playstation in the mid 90s.
I was slightly uninspired by the PS, wowed at first upon owning Wipeout, and many cool original titles followed, but so did too many sequels which didn't differ much to the first releases in terms of innovation and gameplay, so I rarely played games anymore thanks to the PS. I am sure I am a minority to state such a thing.
Next purchase was a Dreamcast, which kind of re-einventied my love of good games, I've not owned such a decent console since I had the SNES. DC in an inspiring little gaming gadget to my eyes. Gamecube is having the same excitement factor on me as the DC did, so that is next...
Dan (UK)
PS: I also had the Atari Lynx handeheld at one point in the gaming timeline. That was pretty decent.

I currently have a PS2, DC and N64. I have owned: Atari 2600, Colecovision, NES, Sega Genesis and SNES. I usually sell or give away my old systems when I buy a new one. Like Dan, the DC brought back my love for video games. I had gotten away from them and was playing mostly PC games until the DC came out. I bought it on a whim because of my fond memories for the Genesis and now video games are King again! :)

VERY impressive list there Kelley. That's just about...all...of them, isn't it? :)
Your website needs updating. You only mention that you own a fraction of those systems on it. Says it was updated on 2/24/2001.

I'm working on getting a trade page up we should start some HTF classic gaming trading going on. I have a spare Vectrex at the moment... This is just the main consoles, I can't begin to remember variations:
Emerson Channel F
RCA Studio 2
Bally Astrocade
Magnovox Odyssey 2
Atari 2600, 5200, XE, 7800, Jaguar + CD
Intellivision - this is my REAL collection, 8 different system variations so far
Colecovision
NES, SNES, N64
SMS, Genesis, 32X, SegaCD, Saturn, Dreamcast
PSX, PS2
NeoGeo CD
CDI
3DO
Amiga CD32
I probably missed a couple, but basically if it plays games, I either have it, or I want it.
