Likely:
Fraggle Rock (Season 2 & beyond) (This one's sales-dependant, but I know S1 will sell well)
The Muppet Show (Season 2 & beyond) (Disney has said 8-12 months after S1)
The Lucy Desi Comedy Hour

Not likely:
Ewoks (Complete series)
Droids (Complete series)

Snowflake in Hades:
The Jim Henson Hour (will never happen because of rights issues, but I wish HIT and Disney would release the segments they own individually)

I can't believe nobody has mentioned these:

The Courtship of Eddie's Father
The District
Coach

I have been waiting for these titles so long that it's pathetic ...

I would be ever so excited to see these series on my TV shelf:
Maude
Rhoda
Phyllis
Alice

and what about the Barbra Streisand TV specials? Could "...and other musical instruments" and "The Belle of 14th Street" actually still exist anywhere?

Grace Under Fire would be nice, as would the Drew Carey Show, and Whose Line Is It Anyway? [UK and US versions]

I'd like to see:
More Lois & Clark
The Equalizer
The Flash
Birds of Prey (so the show was kind of bad, I think a DVD set would sell well, there's a fan base)
