    The Disclaimer

Standard disclaimer: All prices are taken from the websites of each chain, or from their printed Sunday advertisements. All prices are subject to change by each chain. Prices and inventory in-store may or may not match the website price.

I, obviously, cannot include EVERY title released in a given week in the RoundUp
. The titles included are those that I am interested in...as well as those which I consider will be of interest to a majority of consumers (and sometimes I’ll miss one!). I don't get paid for this, and I don't have the time to list every DVD. So, please don't complain!
If there is a title not included in the RoundUp that you want to see, PLEASE just look it up yourself, and be nice enough to post and share the results with everyone!

Note that I cannot include Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club prices in the RoundUp. They set prices at individual stores based on nearby competition, so there is no way I can say here what price you'll find at YOUR local Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club location. And, Circuit City is still out of business...even in Hawaii (where they NEVER guaranteed their prices anyway).

    The Specials

It looks like Best Buy has The Others and Scary Movie 2 as Blu-ray exclusives ($9.99 each)

    --Best Buy Odds and Ends:

Blu-ray sale titles $9.99 each: Kill Bill v1, Enter the Dragon, True Grit (original), Sideways and Natural Born Killers

DVD sale titles $4.99 each: The Crow, Independance Day, The Naked Gun, Rain Man, Ace Ventura Pet Detective
    --Target Odds and Ends:

Blu-ray sale titles $7.99 each: League of Extrodinary Gentlemen, Hunt to Kill, No Country for Old Men, Role Models

DVD sale titles $7.00 each: Fantastic Mr. Fox, Enchanted, American Pie, Princess Bride

Just First Class but it may not be this week. Getting to the store until next weekend is going to be a bit tough since the BF is here. (And that price is going to drop like a rock in the not-too-distant future.)

Thanks for a keeping the light alive, Adam, until Mike gets back!

Thanks for the Roundup, Adam. Just X Men for me. I'll be getting it at Target which has the same price as Best Buy ($22.99) BUT has an exclusive blu ray + dvd + digital copy combo pack. I like combo packs & since you get the bonus dvd of X Men for the same price it's a no brainer.

Kevin said he enjoyed it for his review. Something about checking reality at the door but it being a fun ride.

Best Buy's has a similar deal with Hanna this week. Their version is DVD, BD, and Digital Copy.

I might pick up X-Men when it comes out as well, if I can find a good new release deal -- perhaps B&N will have more 20%-off coupons coming in time for that or perhaps they'll add a last minute, $5 GC preorder offer.

Also debating about Scarface from B&N -- they have it at ~$21 in their current sale, but not sure if it'll qualify as non-preorder during the midnight-to-3am-ET period on Tues to use a current 20%-off online coupon.

If anyone's seriously considering the Scarface LE w/ humidor, you should see about possibly getting it from B&N during their 40%-off sale w/ member's coupon, either in-store w/ 10% member's discount or online via Discover Card's portal (w/ their CC) for 15% cashback, etc. The coupons, etc. would make a huge diff there.

Dress to Kill sounds interesting, but I may wait some on that as well although you can certainly get it for less than Amazon's $16 price, if anyone wants it right away, eg. FoxConnect, B&N.

Too many titles of interest these days (not just w/ this week's releases), so will need to be more selective and/or wait for better deals, especially given current trends...

And thanks much, Adam, for stepping up w/ this week's WRU while Mike's away on vacation...

Big week for me. I'll be picking up Dressed To Kill, Community: Season Two and Parks And Recreation: Season Three (easily the best show on network TV). I'll grab The Office when it goes on sale around Christmas. Thanks for the prices, Adam! :)

Looks like I'll finally pick up the original True Grit on Blu at BB this week (unless Amazon price-matches). Scarface and Dressed To Kill can wait for the inevitable price reductions six months from now (ditto Fringe season three).

Thanks for filling in, Adam! Mike leaves big shoes to fill... Hanna definitely for me at Best Buy today. "X-Men: FC" is a definite for me at some point, but I'll have to see how light my wallet feels come Friday as to whether I buy it now or wait for the inevitable price drop down the road.
