That's a curious development. I wish the USPS had that dedication the past few decades in in removing unsolicited, unmailed circulars from my mailbox. 
And I wish my mail carrier would follow instructions and put oversize packages on my front step where they go, instead of behind the garage on the lawn where they are missed, and subject to the weather and easier theft.
And those kids should get off my lawn!!! grumble grumble
