I bet this is another title (think Armageddon & Tombstone) that doesn't hold that price long and ends up subject to some big discounts pretty soon.

My local Costco had "Curb Your Enthusiasm" Season 7 for "23.99" "22.99"

picked up Boogie Nights, Hangover and Zombieland for 14.99

may go back for Terminator Salvation and District 9

also Monster Squad for 9.99!!!! BLU-RAY has me by the short and curlys !!!! lol

I finally pickup the BR of "Hurt locker" for a reasonable price at BB, I was going to pick up another Bigelow flick favorite of mine "Near Dark" BR for 9.99 , a good price, but since I've watched my DVD copy of this film so many times I held back for now...
