The Disclaimer

Standard disclaimer: All prices are taken from the websites of each chain, or from their printed Sunday advertisements. All prices are subject to change by each chain. Prices and inventory in-store may or may not match the website price.

I, obviously, cannot include EVERY title released in a given week in the RoundUp. The titles included are those that I am interested in...as well as those which I consider will be of interest to a majority of consumers (and sometimes I’ll miss one!). I don't get paid for this, and I don't have the time to list every DVD. So, please don't complain! If there is a title not included in the RoundUp that you want to see, PLEASE just look it up yourself, and be nice enough to post and share the results with everyone!

Note that I cannot include Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club prices in the RoundUp. They set prices at individual stores based on nearby competition, so there is no way I can say here what price you'll find at YOUR local Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club location. And, Circuit City is still out of business...even in Hawaii (where they NEVER guaranteed their prices anyway).

It would be nice to see more such national pricing by the retail giant. Wal-Mart has an EXCLUSIVE 60-page Digibook release of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey Blu Combo Pack for $22.96. The 3-D Blu Combo Pack of The Hobbit is on sale for $24.96 and the standard Blu Combo Pack of The Hobbit is $18.96.

Thanks for the update. I really missed this!

Hmm, your tables are funky.

I did The Hobbit 3D, Zero Dark Thirty, and The Life and Death of Colonel Blimp from Amazon. Les Mis LE from Target (ordered 2, one for me, one for my father (my parents and I saw the first national tour many years ago)). You don't list CD's here, but I also got Elvis Aloha From Hawaii Via Satellite Legacy Edition. Thank you. Thank you very much.

I don't know I have anything I need to get this week. Hobbit will invariably be cheaper in a few months...and it's not like I need to see it again right now. Same for Les Mis. I still haven't gone through anything I've gotten in the last few weeks.

Thanks Mike!

Note that the regular Blu/DVD combo pack of Les Mis at Target also includes the 40 minutes of bonus features (which I believe are on a separate SD-DVD inside the package). The fancy-schmancy edition with the book and cards is only $2 extra, though. The outer cover of the fancy box has a window, so you can choose which of the cards you want to be the cover art. :)

Ain't that the truth. Grrrrr.I thought I did things "right." LOL :DI'll see what I can do about cleaning it up...but the formatting part of this business is always one big muddle for me.I'm sure the cavalry will be by to rescue me from myself soon enough!I'm usually--at this time in the week--setting up the next WRU!

Dave: Glad to do it. A little "inside baseball"...but I had to reinsert all my "Features" images. I pretty much expected that would be the case. And I had to use the URLs of the other sites to grab them as there's still no uploading from our HDDs.But the table formatting got all wonky...Not sure WHAT happened there.

I noticed that the tables were okay in last week's imported post, but the graphics were, of course, missing.

This too shall pass.

We'll figure it out. The good news is that image uploading is fixed - the addon we had written for you guys just got disabled when we did a software upgrade last night. We'll get there.. :)

Oh yeah. And they looked fine here...right up until the part where I pushed the "post" or 'submit' button. :D

This first attempt at a WRU in the new software is already light years ahead of where I was a few years ago during the last move.I, too, am sure that this will all sort itself out quite quickly.

Does anyone know what the Target prices are for the recent Mulan and Hunchback BDs? I'm interested in picking them up with the 25% off if the non-sale price isn't too high.

I was in there on Sunday. I *think* the shelf tags showed $29.99 each, but I could be misremembering.

I don't know what you guys are all talking about my tables look fine ;)

Seriously, one thing that frustrates me is the inconsistency of these Best Buy "exclusives". So I do want to see the 30 minutes Hobbit exclusive, but I also want to buy the 3D version. Guess what? No exclusive doc on the 3D version I bought from BB (and yes I checked all available 3D copies to see if there was one with the exclusive sticker...no dice).

I'm glad this is back as well. Except for the whole "I don't buy new DVD/BD very often"...

I will be searching for the Les Mis set on Ebay here soon...as long as it isn't pilfered(I'm sure somebody will buy it and redeem the "code" and sell the rest)

Target has the lowest price on cat and rabbit food(even lower than Tractor Supply), so I hit Target once a week, at least. Sucks you can't buy 40lbs bags of kitten food...and Target never has more than 3 bags at a time...

The three recent Disneys are $30 at Target.I used two 24% off coupons for $15 off two and Hunchback had the $6 off twoso I used that too.Plus the extra 5% off for the Target debit card.
