Grumpy Old Men
Grumpier Old Men.

I'm holding off on both of these even though they've hit the $6 shelf at Best Buy. I'd rather pay $19.99 for an anamorphic widescreen reissue.

Ace Ventura (as well as its sequel) were both done by Morgan Creek, distributed by Warner Bros. Jim Carrey's follow-up to Ace was The Mask, and that was a New Line Cinema production.

Put me down on that list of people who would like to see OAR Grumpy (and Grumpier) Old Men.

Though not necessarily comedies, these were early "flat" Warner releases that should be re-released in their OARs:

True Stories
Star 80
The Man With Two Brains
Vision Quest
Arthur
Clean and Sober
Frantic

Not a comedy, but one that I'm still waiting for in WS 16x9 OAR is:

Charriots of Fire.

And it BETTER be 16x9...no 4x3 lbxed 1.66:1 crapola no sir-ee!

I'd get widescreen DVDs of:
Purple Rain
The Man With Two Brains
Star 80
Frantic
Grumpy Old Men
