Selling equimpment outside the real estate is good for another reason. If you are using a realtor, they get a commission on the home. Personal property sold outside of real estate closing avoids the 4-6% commission and go in your pocket.

You ask for a little more and if the house and all its rooms including the theater match a buyers desires you,ll get. In a gerneral market however highly customized one use features usually require just the right buyer...
