That was the finale? Feels like the editor got in a car crash, so they grabbed a janitor and said, "Have at it."


The big tagline for this season was "No One Lives Forever." They then proceed not to kill so much as a single main or important character on the show. Pussies.

(...And, like Travis, I don't buy that Eric's forever dead-dead.)

Eric had nowhere to go, I sort of expected him to start covering himself with snow. But I guess they could come up with some explanation.

And...Sam is now Mayor of Bon Temps? Arlene owns Merlot...er, Bellefluers? The church, along with the Mayor, has instituted a "One-Human-with-One-Vampire" ordinance...thingy?

These could be cool changes, if ONLY they go somewhere next season.

They showed Eric on fire, but he didn't blow up into goo. How do you kill a fan-fave like that? Like Travis said, this is likely in case they can't get the actor back for another season.
