Seems the only option I have left, besides selling my HTiB and buying a whole new set up(which I can't do at the moment) or just using it for blu-ray(which is still amazing) is getting a Toslink to SPDIF converter. I would just hook up my PS3 to my HTiB via digital fiber optical cable but my HTiB only has the orange coaxial digital audio RCA port. So my question is if I by a converter will my end product at the HTiB be DD5.1, and DTS 5.1?

The "adapter" is NOT the question(and it is fiber optic to digital coax, as SPDIF is the "signal"...optical/coax are merely the cable). The question is whether the HTiB takes DTS, which is what I said in your other thread. The owners manual should tell you(I've not downloaded it to tell you which page to read).
