Anybody receive their reimursements for paid firmware upgrades as covered by the Class Action Suit?

It's been over a year since I sent paperwork in...so where's my $75?

I've seem post on the 'net of folks who've received firmware discs and even new DVD players..but no one seems to have goten their money back for paid upgrades?!?!?!

Damn, I actually had to buy a new player back in the late 90's because the repair shop said it would cost more to do the firmware upgrade than the player was worth. :frowning:

By the way, my Toshiba firmware issues had to do with the digital audio not being able to keep up with the decorder and the sound would go off at times.

I filed as part of a class against Thompson (RCA) for a defect in my TV. We forgot about the filing.
Almost 6 years to the day after filing, I got a check in the mail for $175.00
