I wanted to repeat my question from the previous page.

Does anyone know who holds the rights for Mayerling (1968)?

Is it Studio Canal, MGM or Warner?

Two of the late-60s films I'd like to have aren't on Blu-ray or DVD:

Some Kind of a Nut - 1969 Dick Van Dyke comedy

Gunn - 1967 film follow-up to the Peter Gunn TV series

Its airing tonight on TCM reminds me that The Art of Love (1965) is not, to my knowledge, on DVD or Blu-ray. Not the greatest comedy but certainly enjoyable. It's crazy to me that a film starring both James Garner and Dick Van Dyke remains unavailable.

It was nice of TCM to also air the same day Luchino Visconti's "Death in Venice" which is on dvd but would love to see on Blu-ray.

The great thing about these threads is you can check them a couple of years down the line & see how they've done...& the sixties hasn't done too badly. I decided to redo my list:

The Alamo '60 - It looks like it's going to be MGM, maybe from 35mm elements, I hope at least they do a clean-up.

One-Eyed Jacks '61 - After all the talk here, I'm dying to see this.

The Thrill Of It All '63

The Fall Of The Roman Empire '64 - Done right, this could look spectacular, much better that the so-so Euro release.

In Harm's Way '65

Harper '66

Blow-Up '66

I'll Never Forget What's 'is Name '67

The Presidents Analyst '67

The Charge Of The Light Brigade '68 - Done correctly (BFI?), don't touch the god-awful French/Australian Blu with a barge pole.

Let's see how they do.

What was with that aspect ratio?!

I just watched Lady in a Cage (1964) and wow, this was pretty intense!
A little gem that I wasn't aware of!
I hope it comes on Blu too.
I see WAC released it last on DVD.
Well, if it was WAC to release it on BLuray I would prefer some other films more instead of it. (eg. Errol Flynn films)
Maybe some boutique label could release it? I am not sure.
