TNG S6 - Defective packaging? (1 Viewer)

Did anyone else have a problem getting the DVDs out of their packaging (R1)?

Mine were stuck in the box, and I almost had to rip the thing apart to get to the discs.

I'm wondering if this is an isolated incident or not.

No problem here. Worked just like the last five.

The only problem I had was just a little more than the usual amount of Gloo-Booger™ holding the page on the back of the case.

I also had a problem getting the inside DVD holder out of the clamshell. I managed to get them out, but it seems, the lip wasn't glued down properly and was holding it down.

But it did get easier to take out, just have to pull on the inside a bit.

My problem is that I was in such a hurry at Best Buy, my season 6 has no extra disc! I thought all the BB's came with it. Fortunately I haven't opened it yet, so I will try to swap it.

I had a bit of trouble getting the inside disc holders out. It just took a bit of extra work and now they're out until I'm done watching them all.

The packaging was a bit snugger this time around, but I managed to get them out without damage.

IMHO, all the TNG boxes suck. (R1 anyway, I havn't seen the others.) I only open these things once, just long enough to transfer the disks in to a 7-disk Alpha. Which then gets the much-better-than-paramount Ric Easton Cover Art Check this out:
