shame on fox for joining with the other studios in putting out a shameless re-tread of an earlier release just for the sake of a sequel and not taking the time to do the title right.

Well, considering that looks almost like the first announcement, I think Comics Continuum is just a little behind, although the story also mentions that the set will also feature a voucher (or something, MovieCash maybe) good for either X2 or Daredevil.
