The HTF TV on DVD Challenge 2008
The rules:
1. The goal is to watch all the TV on DVD in your collection: complete season sets, individual episodes, and 'best-of' releases.
2. Anything covered by TVShowsonDVD.com is up for the challenge: TV shows, made-for-TV movies, and miniseries. Feel free to include sports and music DVDs too, if you wish.
3. Audio commentaries and other extras are purely optional: they are extras, and the focus should be on the programs themselves, but they can be included if you wish.
4. No movies, unless made-for-TV… this is a television challenge, count theatrical movies towards the film challenge.
5. The challenge will begin on January 1st 2008 and will end on December 31st 2008, but you may if you wish (like myself) begin the challenge on Christmas Day, December 25th, 2007, to include holiday viewing of the sets Santa Claus has delivered.
6. Sets you purchase throughout the challenge up to November 30, 2008 are eligible for the Challenge; beyond that, it's up to you - obviously not everyone watches the sets they purchase immediately.
7. Make a post in this thread, and update it with info on your current Challenge status in whatever form best suits you. If you want to list each episode you watched and the date, go for it, if you want to list each set and the day you started/the day you finished, that’s fine - just make it easy for others to tell how much you’ve watched and how far you have to go to complete the challenge.
