Die Hard 2 - apart from the ending shootout (which was awesome!), ABII sucked.

Toy Story 2 - Hellraiser 2 was, IMHO, the best of the series, but Toy Story 2 just rocked too much.

A Better Tomorrow II - though I don't think it's nearly as good as the original & I've grown less fond of DH2 over the years. I actually prefer Vengeance & pretend DH2 never happened.
