Setting this episode up as a boys and girls night worked out pretty well as it served each character.

I thought Amy seemed very unrealistic too. She's kind of an extreme Sheldon. Though I liked how out of water she was with Penny and Bernadette. The lesbian thing at the end was kind of unexpected. I liked Bernadette's reaction at the end.

I thought it was especially enlightening that the girls brought up how Penny was still hanging around Leonard. It gives me hope they never really broke up. Nice little sight gag of Leonard reading Eat Prey Love while in line to see Raiders!

Did anyone think when Penny stormed off, they used a double? Or perhaps her leg healed up already. She was standing behind the bar, so I think she's still in a cast and it was well hidden when they were watching Raiders on video with the big shoes and loose pants.

I'm almost 100% positive that what we saw was a double for Penny, she began to get up and they cut away to a headless body walking by in the background.

Pretty good way to get around her injury.

Sheldon: Well, well. If it isn't Wil Wheaton, the Jar Jar Binks of the 'Star Trek' universe.

The whole thing with Leonard extorting lip locks from Penny for his silence was kind of rapey.

I cringed.

Now that Keith Carradine has made an appearance, will Robert Carradine be far behind? It would be awesome if his character was a professor named Dr. Skolnick. That would win so much.

Robert is the youngest brother. He was Lewis in the seminal Nerd flick, Revenge of the Nerds. Which is why he'd be perfect for this show.

I thought Keith's voice had a beautiful deep timbre in the TBBT episode. Really nice. Quite a difference from that recording of I'm Easy.

Last night's was about a perfect piece of sitcom as I've seen in a while! Every line was written and delivered perfectly. It reminded me of the pilot, where I was swept up into the relateable lunacy of these uber-geeks

The group hanging out with no intrusive women problems, playing geek cards, talking comic books and dressing up as Superheroes...NOW THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN' ABOUT!!

Good episode. I do like the returning tension between Penny and Leonard.

(Zoom)"Oh Leonard how you frustrate me!"(Zoom)"Ok".

Great ending!

I don't think anyone was looking at her tension.
