My Foreign draft is about done, so now begins this draft following my "decade draft" idea that began with the 90's draft. This draft is for films from 2000-2003. We will have 8 players, will go 12 rounds, will have 12 hour limits for selections, and will follow the 1-8 order. No changing picks, your first is your only.

I will allow films that haven't officially been released yet to be included if and only if you have seen them, like at a special screening/sneak preview. Of course, if you choose a film that doesn't get released for another two months or something like that, most people will not have seen that film by the time voting starts. I will allow this though.

I will probably do another 00's Draft a little bit down the road when more films have been released, and probably a few more after that, so this won't be the last.

Now, I'm obviously in, so 7 more spots are now open. First come first serve.

Okay, we have our seven, so let's get started.

My first pick is my favorite film of all time:

"I like the way I feel. I like thinking about the red dress and the television and you and your father. Now when I get the sun, I smile."

"Did what? Some dumbass junkie did what? You mean you fucked it up? You promised me everything was going to be okay, remember? I fucked that sleazebag for you, and I put myself through fucking hell for you!"

"Ass to ass!"

"Look, baby, we'll be back in business in no time. We'll start movin' again, we'll start savin'. It'll be perfect, just like it was, I promise you, Marion. You'll see."

"You need to be committed! You need to be passionate! I am a living testament, 65 pounds thinner! I feel great!"

REQUIEM FOR A DREAM

And if anyone takes my next pick, I'll freak! :p)

Angelo is up, followed by Vickie and Brian.

I'll take one of the best sci-fi/fantasy movies I've seen in years:

What would you do if you knew the future?....
