No, there are several poker rooms that aren't Native American casinos. You may have seen some of them advertised through hosting WPT events like The Bicycle and Commerce Casino in LA. I played once at The Bicycle and it's kind of a dump though the main poker room is big.)
There's at least one more poker room at Hollywood Gardens (or Hollywood Park?) Racetrack. I believe there's at least one in or around San Fransisco that isn't Native American affiliated, and there are probably a number of others I'm just not aware of.
Of course states like Missouri, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi and a few others have some form of legalized casino gambling and casinos with poker. Is Foxwoods in Connecticut NA affiliated?
