10th Anniversary Blu-ray Edition With Collectible Art Available July 26th

In the tradition of Urban Legends and Final Destination, Donnie Darko is an edgy, psychological thriller about a suburban teen coming face-to-face with his dark destiny. Jake Gyllenhaal leads a star-filled cast (including Drew Barrymore, Noah Wyle, Jena Malone, Patrick Swayze and Mary McDonnell) as a delusional high-school student visited by a demonic rabbit with eerie visions of the past - and deadly predictions for the future. This "excitingly original" nail-biter will keep you on the edge of your seat until the mind-bending climax.

Additionally, those who attend San Diego Comic-Con (July 21st through 24th) will have the opportunity to pose for pictures with Frank the Bunny as he hands out exclusive buttons on the streets of San Diego! Four limited edition collectible buttons were designed for Comic-Con - so make sure to find Frank on the streets to get yours! Fans will also have a chance to buy advance copies of the anticipated Blu-ray / DVD release at the Fox booth #4313.

Donnie Darko: 10th Anniversary Edition will be available in an all-new, collectable key art custom packaging that includes a four-disc set (2 DVDs and 2 BD) with Theatrical Cut and Extended Director’s Cut, as well as a Digital Copy for the very first time!

Does anyone know if this is remastered, or just a re-packaging with a digital copy?

Um... Once again, a PR department has no idea how market this unusual and original film. Regardless of Kelly's output since, DONNIE DARKO is a remarkable film. (Not so crazy about the Director's Cut.)
