SRS surround..

    should the srs surround at dvd player to be on or off...if the srs mode is off, does it effect the surround that come out through the receiver..[​IMG]

    SRS only applies to stereo sources. It is a matrix surround designed to give an expanded soundstage using two speakers. It should be off when using Dolby Surround on your receiver.

    I thought SRS sounded somewhat "blah" in terms of making a wider surround stage.
