I'm going to buy my first speaker sys:

JBL SCS 150 SI
Cambridge Soundworks: movieworks 108
Klipsch Quintet microsystem
Any response would be welcome I'm on a budget (I'm a stay at home Dad.

I'd go for the Klipsch.
However, it would be best if you have a listen to all of them and decided for yourself.

I think the Quintet is the best options out of your choices.
I think you should include a NSP1 with a PB10 or PB12 in your options, there isnt to much difference in price, but in sound you will be amazed. It will be easily beat the choice you have right now.
