how do i break down db in to watts.my meter reads plus 4db how much is that in watts.

You mean electrical Watts??? For all practical purposes you can't...
Why would you want to?


If you really want to know how much power you are running, you will need a wattage meter in line with the speaker on the channel you wish to monitor.
