Odd. I gathered that their main interest in Disney was for ESPN, not to own a movie studio. I'm not sure how MGM would fit into their business.

Well according to Screen Daily, Comcast has deciided not to take over Disney and turning their attention to the MGM library. I can't provide a direct link to the article because I'm not a paid subscriber to Screen Daily, but they have the headlines on the front page and what each article is about.
