Sony SLV-D500P...Anybody Have It? (1 Viewer)

I am looking to buy this DVD player that has a combo VCR drive in it as well (kids movies) to use on my Sony 40XBR800 HDTV. Does anyone have any thoughts on this deck? It seems to be a great deal with progressive scan and component hook-ups and optical audio. Thanks!
