I still like someone's suggestion from earlier in the thread (sorry, too lazy to go see who) of Adam Sandler as Otto.

Yeah, I didn't like the Howard Stern idea either. Just because he has the same hair doesn't mean he'd be perfect. Anyone could wear a wig. That being said, I'd say Keanu Reeves could probably do the Otto voice the best. (Hint-Hint: Bill and Ted )

This might be a long shot, but I wonder how Jack Black would be as Homer? He may not look exactly like Homner, but he'd definitely be able to pull off Homers personality.

Also, I can almost see Dennis Leary playing Herman.
