    The only one I could think of was the original Untouchables TV series. It seems like a while now since the second volume of the third season was released on Region 1.

    Only the first Season of Peter Gunn, consisting of 32 Episodes was ever released on DVD. This leaves TWO Seasons (82 Episodes) plus the Movie to be released.

    Season 2 was released in Region 2 I believe, at least it is listed as a Region 2 release.
