I got a progessive DVD player and I was wondering if I the convergence on my Toshiba 40H80 is separate for the progressive signal? If so then I'll redo it but it seems to be good...

Thanks

Nope ... The set has 5 modes for convergence.

Full, TW1-3, HDTV.

480P is part of the full through TW's because the TV does not display 480i anyway. It only does 480P and 1080i ... nothing else. (HDTV considerations aside)

It makes any 480i signal into 480P before you even see it ... hence ... no additional 480P convergence grids.

That would be redundant.

See you in 14 days or so.

Regards
