Hi Guys,
Help me out here?
A friend of mine has an old pair of speakers Scott 197 B. The 15" woofer is shot. Is their any way he could get a replacement for this woofer. I have never heard of Scott but I am sure you guys have. Any suggestions

Scott is a company that went out of business in the late 70's early '80's (my best guess). They were one of the early pioneers in hi fi. finding a replacement is going to be tough. If it is the surround that is bad, you can probably contact a speaker re-coning company and get it fixed. I would also do a search for things like "vintage loudspeakers." You may find what you are looking for.
