samsung unxxes7500 backlight issues (1 Viewer)

I'm on my 2nd set in the last week:f . Backlight is bleeding through the corners. Talked with samsung and they told me to put it in movie mode and set the backlight at 7. Told me to leave it that way for 2-3 weeks and the problem should go away. Anyone ever hear of this?
BTW, it hasn't been calibrated yet.

Ive never heard of that solution to the problem. Ive only heard of "replacement of the defective panel".
