Samsung pn60f5300 vs PN60E530 (1 Viewer)

Torn between the pn60f5300 and the pn60e350. They are both just under $1k. I've seen the 5300 at best buy - looks pretty good, but a little dark (especially next to the insanely bright lcds). I've never seen the e350 but the reviews are solid.

Does anyone know the difference between these two TVs? I think the 5300 is the 2013 version of the 350, but it's unclear to me at this point.

F5300 is the E350 replacement.

I thought that might be the case. Are there supposed improvements in the new model, or is the e350 a better deal? Thanks,
