RUSH HOUR 1 & 2 Re-releases - new masters? (1 Viewer)

I picked up the new editions of Rush Hour 1 & 2 yesterday at Best Buy.

Front cover states all-new digitally remastered picture and sound. Is this the same PQ as the previous editions? I do not want to open them, if there is no change in quality

The special features look the same as before with the exception of a Rush Hour 3 preview.

Has anyone checked these out yet?

Is anyone able to comment on these? I only saw the "new digitally remastered picture" sticker on the RH2. I thought the Infinifilm version looked pretty good already, so I'm more interested in the first film and if it got a new transfer.

Rush Hour is remastered and looks a little better but Rush Hour 2 is the same except for a few minute tone changes and interlacing fixes.
